Objective: Acute Appendicitis encounters as the frequent problem in surgical pediatric patients leading to Appendectomy, being one of most common procedures performed Emergency. During COVID-19 pandemic, trends management acute appendicitis have changed. Conservative with antibiotics is proposed an alternative conventional appendectomy. So, this study conducted compare presentation and outcome managed during pre post pandemic period our settings. Methodology: After approval Ethical Review Committee, a total 267 age 1-12 years were selected for study. It was retrospective Cohort Study. Patients divided into group A (n=145) which group.
